What are the return conditions?
In accordance with our General Conditions of Sale:
All Product returns must be made in the original packaging and be accompanied by the certificate of authenticity received at the same time as the Product, allowing BAUCE JOAILLERIE to ensure that it is indeed a Product that she sold to THE BUYER. All Product must be returned in new and intact condition, not having been worn outside of the fitting.
